Hello what's the best way to quickly cut ClosetMaid rack? I want to cut into two pieces

Do I use a Dremel or just a chisel with a hammer?

I will use it as a rack to hang my lights over my 75 gallon thanks

A dremel might not be strong enough and might scar it, ditto the chisel. My recommendation is a hacksaw with a 'metal' blade, done quite gently and accurately. You can also get a little deal that's basically a handle with a stubby hacksaw type blade that slips into tight areas. None of these is pricey.

Bolt cutters are quick and easy, high speed cut-off wheel (dremel on steroids) is a bit more complicated (requires special tools) but makes a cleaner cut. Hacksaw and cold chisel are both easily doable as well yet slightly more labor intensive.
Just use whatever you may have available as any of the above will work.

I used my dremel and a cutoff wheel. Took a little longer then perhaps a hacksaw, but much less labor intensive.

Small bolt cutters, quick and easy then followed up with a grinder to smooth out edges.
