I wont be installing my new RO/DI filter permanently anytime soon so decided to make a caddy for it. Scrap water damaged wood from the backyard and 25 minutes later I have this to transport it from garage to front hose bib .

Nice - I'm assuming you're using the faucet connections that BRS supplies? I notice you don't have any fittings on the ends of the ¼" tubing. If you connect & disconnect too much from the Murlock connectors they can begin to leak and slip, so another method might be preferable if that's your plan.

Ya, Im using the hose bib right on the other side of the wall from the tank. Its only temporary, but who knows how long.

I like it. I was trying to come up with a similar idea.

I like it too, very nice. If you're frequently connecting and disconnecting the waterling from the press fittings, you can easily cut half an inch of line off of the end to expose unused like for the fittings to connect to. Maybe do every 5 connect/disconnects as a preventative measure. Quick and easy, and for your purposes should be plenty good.

This is a fantastic idea. Great work. I've seen something similar done with a UV sterilizer. It makes it very easy to move it from house to house depending on who has a problem that needs a uv unit. Have you thought about offering this to any local friends?
