Does anyone know the connector size on the 24v 1.5a power supply?

Looking to make a DIY 24v power supply for my other FMM and solenoid. I just can't see spending $30 for a power supply just for a solenoid, seems alittle excessive.

Thanks

Is it about the same size with the 1-link module? I have the 1 link module and I can find out for you

That I'm honestly not sure about. But it's worth a shot...

Since I have multiple 24v power supplies laying around, I found these, if they fit accordingly, I'll convert mine over, and post updates.

Sorry, there is no notification from RC . Let me check tonight. I have a $7 universal laptop charger that comes with all sizes of connectors ... . Anyway I'll check and let you know tonight. The one on Amazon is 10 of the same size. You might want 10 different sizes and 1 size each lol.

Oh and $7 charger for laptop is warranty to work with the 24v you need and needs no work

Its either the 4.0x1.77 or 4.8x1.77mm
(I would do the 4.0x1.77)

Ok so I got a pack of the above ones I listed, they are a tad small but work just fine, i soldered one up last night. So I'd guess the 4mm X 1.7mm is exact. I'll probably get a few of those also.

Thanks for the help, I like the idea of converting the two power supplies I have laying around than having to purchase two for $60.

Here what I've come up with, the ones I purchased, linked above, is ever so slightly small with the O.D. of 3.5mm, so I'm guessing a 4mm would be better for the O.D. Now the I.D. of the ones I got where 1.3mm, which is decent fit but could go slightly smaller if needed.

So it looks like, a 3.5-4mm O.D. with a 1-1.3mm will work just fine IMO.

Thanks everyone, mine is up and running with the 3.5mm X 1.3mm.
