Just wanted to thank you guys, after receiving automated emails of instructions to pass me off for service and waiting a over week to hear from you it turns out I had to pay to send your faulty item back.

I'm disabled right now, I had major surgery on an injury from the military. This made a trip to the store extra difficult. All of your competitors just send a replacement part and a box. Your receptionist told me you do this because, "we don't know if you dropped it in the water or whatnot." Never mind that I don't have this essential component of my reef that keeps my pets safe for however long.

It's like you don't even care about customer service.

The energybar 8-32. It took two service calls to figure out what was going on.
