I really think they are one of a few fish that are truly seasonal. I could be wrong.

A few months ago Aquatic Collection had at least one. I didn't pay much attention last time I was there - I was more interested in the Papua percula they had.
Maybe get in touch with them and have them find you one. Otherwise I would just recommend to be patient - sooner or later one will come up, either locally or at DD.

Another option would be to contact Jordan from Among the Reef. He got me some fish I couldn't find locally or at LA/DD and all came in healthy and in good shape.

kind of late but my experience with ibluewater wasn't good at all. I purchased a pair of "Breeding"black clarkii clowns and what I received a pair that were relatively the same size and fighting with one another from day 1.
