Can you tell if the bushing and disc face the motor block or the impeller?

it faces the impeller on mine

It should be installed facing up just like you have it in the photo.

So to make sure.......the plastic on the attenuation disc is up against the bottom of the impeller magnet and the foam soft part of the bushing is against the motor block?
