water sensor

my skimmer set off my water sensor. dry everything off but pump has not come back on do you have to reset something for it to come back on for now I just set them always on my alarm light is still flashing. what do I need to do to get everything to reset?

Hi Darrell,

That will depend on how you set the leak detection function during setup.

If you did not set the function to automatically reset the alarm, it will wait for you to manually reset the alarm. You can do this by pressing any of the arrow keys on the ProfiLux. Select "Level" and then select "Error reset"

If the auto reset option is selected, you should check the connections and make sure they are plugged in completely.

I reset everything goes back to blinking red everything is dry.

if I unplug that 1 sensor it quits flashing.

Please post a few screenshots of your Level settings.

What exactly quits flashing? The alarm?

By default, the leakage detection function will trigger an alarm when the leak sensor is either disconnected from the Leak Interface or when the leak sensor detects conductive water.
