New Tank!!!!

hi, I just set up my first reef tank and I'm looking for stocking advice/equipment advice.
current info on the tank:(38 gallon)
2 800 gph powerheads
1 fluvial 105 with just filter floss,
about 10 lbs of live rock
20 lbs of live sand

I added the rock, and a bottle of bio spira, and then 1 percula clownfish, (he is healthy and eating mysis shrimp from my fingers the day he was added to the tank.
as far as future gear goes, (open to suggestions)
protein skimmer rated to around 75 gallons, recommendations?
4 bulb t5HO fixture
2 Oralia 850's
ATO
seneye?

current stocking list,
1 more percula
1 royal gramma
1 firefish/purple filefish
1 dwarf angel
shrimp and goby pair
1 ORA mandarin (that eats shrimp/pellets, not just pods)
15 trochus snails
15 hermit crabs
2 cleaner shrimp?
pom pom crab
various softies, lps corals and maybe I should try a Monti frag?
I'm going to dose kalkwasser in the ATO because the tank shouldn't have a very high calcium or alkalinity demand and I think that should cover it.

I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on other fish than the ones listed previously, or any gear suggestions, or tips?

The only dwarf angel I would do in a 38 gal, would be the Atlantic blue Pygmy dwarf angel. All the other ones requires bigger tanks.

I agree with this unless you get a block of marinepure to go into sump.

I'm going to order it from brs. because I heard their "pukani" was very porous, and provided a much larger area for bacteria.
