Whatever type you want really..
As stated Chaetomorpha is very commonly used but there are numerous others each with their own pros and cons...

Just avoid caulerpa


While it can be problematic (difficult to remove if it gets into your display tank,etc..) I believe some strains of it are better/faster at nutrient uptake vs chaeto..
So if the purpose of the fuge is nutrient export then caulerpa can be a good choice..

I had to break down a 54 gallon very nice reef because I could NOT get the caulerpa handled. Absolute nightmare of a plant.

Blow my mind when people try to argue the benefits out weigh the cons when it comes to caulerpa.
