Just introduced a candycane and a cauliflower colt to a 10G QT, and it's pretty clear they're not doing well. Can anyone tell me if either of these specimens could release toxins that could affect either one or both of them? I'm new to the invert side of the hobby, and I' m trying to dig these little guys out of a hole that I seem to have created.

Thanks in advance.

I believe all soft corals release some toxins when stress, they usually bounce back in a day or so. I would just let it be unless it is melting away, then remove it or frag the part that havent melted.
