View Full Version : I cannot connect my Reeflink

Hello

Having an issue with our Reeflink here... I tried contacting customer support via email, but did'nt get any reaction, so I thought I would try it here.

When I try to connect my reeflink to my wifi, I get the following error message:
An error occurred while saving Wi-Fi configuration. Please try again.

The reeflink was tested in the shop where I bought it, and there it worked perfectly.
After trying to connect a few more times at home, the following error message appeared:

The reeflink is currently in use on another account. Your reeflink will be factory reset and the application will close.

I have tried everything I can think of, so Im stuck at this point. I have deactivated Windows Firewall, and have no other firewalls installed on my laptop.

Could you please advise on how to proceed?

It sounds like customer service will have to take care of you. ITC is who services ETM products in the U.K.

I'm starting to think that as well, but it would be nice if they would reply to my mails...
I wlll probably call them directly in the States if nothing turns up here.

Managed to get rid of the second error message in the meantime. Still getting the following when trying to connect to Wi-Fi though...

“An error occurred while saving Wi-Fi configuration. Please try again.”
