Need help with id

Please excuse me if this has been covered, I couldn't find a match. These guys are in my mini refugium and in my LR. A few have gotten very big, as big if not bigger than my blue legs. I thought they were a type of pod but I'm not sure due to size. Are the ok/normal. Thanks
