Treating fin rot

So today while observing my fox face I noticed the brown on his fins has spread and they are torn up. What should I do? I am thinking about directing feeding medication since I have a anemone and 1 small mushroom coral. What medications should I use and how should I approach the direct feeding. I'm thinking of using sea Chems fungal and bacterial treatments with the bond they sell. Will this work? And do you recommend this? I also noticed a white spot on him not sure if it is ich it is bigger and only one spot. I will get pictures any help is needed thanks.

Well white spot is gone as I suspect I really don't think it is ich if I find another will take picture.
