Looks like a little bubble algea & a anenome of some sort. It looks like a majano anenome

I would get rid of it. They are considered a pest by most people. The bubble algea u have to be careful not to pop the bubbles because it can cause it to spread also

Let's see .... xenia = pest; bubble algae = pest; small anemone = maybe pest (though it doesn't look like any majano I ever had .... and I've had thousands of them :().

I would say some kind of anemone, possible majano.
