Cut/paste your programming for your email outlet and let's take a look.

The "Error" aspect of that statement is weird. Did you add the "If Error..." statement? Unless something has changed recently with the Apex, that's not a valid statement.

@spsfreak: that error means that your ATO ran too long - longer than the period of time specified in the "When" statement in your ATK ATO output. Check the slider for that output - I think you'll find it to be in the OFF position due to having been shut off by the "When" statement.

If the ATO is still in auto and is working properly, something else is wrong, likely some sort of configuration error.

Post the email output program as well as the ATO output program.

To a different time or delete the whole line ??

WOW, new apex command. I did not know the "when" command came out..I guess this is for the Apex ATO device...

I would be surprised if you can't. However that is for your safety, I would just increase the time to a larger number if your tank is huge..

Yes, for safety, which is why we have an Apex, I would just change the "5".

Folks, that When ON > 005:00 Then ON statement is one of the safety measures of the programming generated by the ATK Task - don't just blindly remove it or increase the time. Would you just disable the high temperature alarm telling you that your tank is 84 degrees or increase the high temp alarm value to 86 degrees, just to shut it up, and then ignore the high temp? No... you would investigate and find out WHY the temp jumped up so high, right?

Determine why the ATO process took longer than 5 minutes. Is the ATO reservoir empty? Is the pump working (if you use a pump)? Is the output rate of your RO/DI unit too low to deliver a normal top-off in 5 minutes (if you use a solenoid to control the RO/DI output going directly into the sump)?

Thanks Russ.

Is there any talk about updating the Comprehensive User's Guide? Seems like there's a fair amount of new stuff being introduced and without combing through the Neptune forums on a daily basis there's no central place to know all this. Or am I missing that too? :lmao:
