those who used rapid led and have mess ups with the shipper how long do you wait on a delay before you ask for your refund, they are filing a clame for me but their customer service is not that great i waited 4 hours to hear something from them on my package after calling when they open saying ill call usps in an hour i waited 2.5 oh yeah ill call them now an hour later yeah we just got off the phone ***. should i ask rapid led for my money back? or what would you do?

never mind they called back after calling usps for the third time they are sending me a new batch of led

I would have patience - they are a small business and in this case are at the mercy of another vendor (USPS). I've been in their situation and it is probably just as frustrating for them as it is for you.

I have always had outstanding customer service with rapidled.com. Really like them a lot.
