Fish Identification Help

Can someone help me identify the fish in the picture below?

It's a Damselfish, one of those that look pretty as juveniles but get ugly and mean as adults.

To get the precise species it would be helpful to know where the picture was taken.

Looks like a Caribbean jewel damsel, they are mean little buggers, and get uglier as they age
