They're Zoanthid or Palythoa of some sort, but not Aptasia.

I'm not knowledgeable on removing unwanted Zoas/Palythoa, but if you decide to remove, use plenty of caution as some species have potent/dangerous toxins that have sent people (who've tried to remove theirs) to hospital.

If you want to get rid of them you could just cut the polyps as close to the base as you can with some scissors and then smother any remaining tissue with some epoxy.

If you weren't talking about the corals you might want to be more specific or circle the spot on the picture or whatever..
I see a bristleworm too..
