I,m not real computer savy, but I keep getting invitation is expired errors, or when I try to reset the password it blocks me or says timeout errors. how do I get this to work?

Have you created an account in Fusion? Have you linked your Apex to your Fusion account?

Apex classic or 2016?

apex2016.still having issues. tried a new account using a different e mail. started following the instructions. thought it connected, apex was orange at that point. put in the user name and password. rejected again, than a timeout error again when I re entered using I ,m using an ipad 4

ok, last question.i must disconnect the eathernet cable to link wifi? yes, and it must go blue?

well as I said, I,m not computer savy[pushing 70], but I must have finally hit the right combo of [pulling,pushing or hitting]cause it's finally all working as it should.
