Can anyone give me a quick lesson on how to embed the video on the page?

Go to the Youtube page that has your video. Underneath the video window you should see a tab called Embed. Click on this to select it. Highlight the line of code in the box and copy it with Ctrl+c. Come back here to RC's message editor and just paste the YT line of code into your message with Ctrl+v.
