Weird Hitchhiker

Hi all. Have this hitchhiker that i have no clue what it is. Ive had this peice for awhile, but just popped up on this disk. The tentacle kind of look like that of a hammer coral... any ideas?

Looks like a hammer or possibly frogspawn. Nice hitchhiker to have.
