At first they only had them a couple times of year. Now they have them almost always.

My petco's usually always has their $1 gallon sales on 29 and under and half off 40 and up. It's only every once in a while that the $1 a gallon applies to 40g+. I haven't seen that in a few months now.

Best to call your local petco and find out. Doesn't seem like they're set in stone with when they are.
