My tank is wall mounted, so aesthetic isn't paramount. However, I think this is an interesting idea.

Basically it is a long arm projector mount (ceiling). It is adjustable in height as well as mounting holes. They also have many different length options It seems an easy fix and they are available from china for about 20 bucks or so.

I would use 3. Ceiling height is 8ft. tank height is about 60 inches. therefore, I can adjust height with about the correct room.

Thoughts?

Should be just fine..

I'm actually using a wall mount articulating LCD monitor arm for my ATI T5 light..
I can easily swivel it right out of the way if needed for access,etc...

I think the wire rope hanging kits are UGLY..
