Recommendations on how to train a cup coral to extend in the daytime?

Nice coral! I've heard that consistent feeding every day at the same time will coax them to come out and stay out during the day.

Thanks. Best part, it was given to me! It starts to come out AFTER I feed the fish... but never fully. I assume it's because of the lights, but I really don't know. I'm open for suggestions.
