My first guesses would be a higher nutrient load in your tank, or response to the lighting change. Higher nutrients and lower lighting both can lead to color loss. Do you know how intense the lighting was when the coral had the green coloration? Was it in the LFS for very long?

Think the coral was in the LFS for a couple of weeks under blue led. I would say
my tank is low nutrient checked N & P yesterday both showing yellow on the test kit. Fish and corals get fed quite heavily but skimmer pulls out lots of black gunk. Assume in the LFS the N&P are zero in their coral only tank but minr are showing low may not be zero but not high. Is it worth running blue led's all day to see if it is lighting or will this harm other corals

You could try all-blue, but I'd be careful. Usually, blue bulbs are less intense than other colors, but I'd look at the PAR rating to see whether the total light hitting the corals will increase. A sudden increase in lighting can damage corals, so it's worth checking. Your other corals might undergo color changes with the new lighting, but most likely, they will be okay if the amount of light is enough to keep them healthy.
