I got quite lots of zoas by now, and its one Eagle Eye colony that is not happy at all - well its happy in the sense its growing and not shrinking and opening up, but the white spot is strange.
Its a lot of other zoas close by at the same light and flow that has no issues at all, so it might be some kind of disease on this zoa

Where is the white spot? Is it that area to the top of the picture where it looks like a polyp might be closed?
Typically, any "disease" would usually affect a larger portion of the colony. It also spreads.
A lot of times if it's just a polyp or two, it can be from a pest like a Hydrozoa or some other critter constantly touching the polyp in question.
Can you get a better picture?

Your colony looks totally healthy. Where is the white spot you mentioned?

If you are talking about the discoloration on the polyp, in my experience that is perfectly normal with eagle eyes. They look healthy to me.
