Is a ecodrift 4.0 powerhead enough for a 20 gallon tank? Or is it to much?

I have a fluval m60 tank. It came with a Fluval Sea CP1 circulation pump but I don't think it is enough gph. So I just bought a ecodrift 4.0 and added to my tank today. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the help in advance.

depends on what you are keeping? its you gallons x30 for LPS and softies and x50 for SPS. If your doing softies set it up for around 800 GPH if your doing SPS turn it all the way up!

Seems like it would work well for that size tank, although I don't have any experience with those pumps.

What types of corals are you looking to add?

Plenty of flow. I have one of those on my 25 gallon lagoon. You'll spend a lot of time positioning it so it won't displace sand over night.
