Which Angle Fish would be good in a 30g reef tank?

To be honest, I don't think any. Just that even small angels are very active fish.

I dont think any of the angles you have listed will work...

Try a cherub angel, or white tail pygmy.

Those guys are too big for a 30 gallon and the smaller angels, like the cherub and pygmy, are too aggressive for a tank that small. Please consider something else.

If an angle wont work are there any fish similar that would fit in a 30?

A pearly jawfish would be excellent if you can ensure that it won't be able to jump out. And it would need some substrate so it can build a "den." They are very cool to watch.

I have about 20lbs of live rock and a 3in sand bed i believe that should be enough also there are about 7 dens built by my pair of diamond gobies.

Another vote for cherub. The ones listed will get too large.
