Which Pump for 12 Gallon Long AOI

What is a good pump to drop in an AOI filter for a 12 Gallon Long?

So flowrate should be at least 120gph. There seems to be mixed
reviews for the Hydor Original Pico's on amazon.

Are the Hydor's ratings accurate?

Also, when water flows through different media's, it that a big drop
in water flow or not significant?

What other brands other than hydor? needs to be small to fit in the AOI

AOI most likely DIY, want to keep small profile filter though
