Anyone have issues like this with stylos? I have a green stylo that continues to grow but is dying at the same time if that makes any sense. Ill post some pics of what it looked like when it started and how it looked when it started to die and how it looks right now. Also this seems to be happening to some of my Pocillopras as well.

Yes, I've noticed in a weeks span from water changes it goes from 9 to 7. Obviously 7 before the wc. I posted earlier about dosing and if a swing like this would be a problem. Which some said it would I also asked in the original post about kalkwasser but never got any input about that.

Probably because there's a lot of great info out there if you dig around a bit. :)

I like kalk, I've used it for years. Once you get in a routine it's pretty easy.

A 2.0 per week alkalinity swing is a lot for sps Corals to adjust to. You should be doing some type of alkalinity and calcium supplementing. Kalk would be a good place to start, you may also need to switch to a salt mix lower in alkalinity to minimize the swings.
