This is terrible but I have not used this unit in so long i forgot exactly how it works and want to do away with the two small DI Media. I will add a picture i marked up and see if you can help...Thanks.

Is the line with the Flush Valve the waste water?
When you flush the membrane does it come out the same line with Flush Valve?
Can i remove the two small media canisters and hook direct to large media?

Yes, you can do as you have it marked up. By the way, flushing the membrane really doesn't do much on a consumer level RO unit. Setting up the unit so you can bypass the DI for the first minute or 2 of water production is the type of "flushing" that works best since it keeps the initial TDS creep from running thru the DI filter and wasting expensive DI media.

FYI..
Plenty of diagrams here on how the systems should be hooked up..

Super with the information i think i am all set...I can place a valve before the Di Media to run some waste through. And with the diagrams this is all clear now. Thanks.
