I recently purchased a small frag of hammer and frogspawn. I have them halfway up in the tank with low to moderate flow and moderate lighting. I'm wondering what I should set my Chinese LED boxes too. Currently I have them set for 40% blue 15% white . They are not looking so good...

What size tank and how high off the water?

Wow. That's a big tank. I'd say you want to get your blues up to 80-100% and your whites at whatever you find aesthetically appealing.

Define "not looking so good." Bleaching from too much light? Brown or starving from not enough light?

Could be that it isn't lighting related. How long has the tank been running? What are your parameters, especially temp, salinity, alk, and Ca?

Polyps not extending... They look kind of "deflated"

Tank has been running about 4 months. Salinity is 1.026 (By refractometer),
Alk is 10.6 (Hanna) and CA is low at 300

I'm betting on the high alk and the much too low Ca.

I would let alk come down on its own, and bring up the Ca with CaCl by about 50ppm each day until about 420-460 is reached.
