Hey everyone

I am looking for some help to find a method to build takes faster, stronger and straighter. What methods do people use to aligh your sheets and make sure they are stright when cementing. I am looking moatly for jig ideas. Preferably a jig where i can lay out all the acrylic pieces in a jig and then just go around cementing and clamping each piece.

Also looking for methods or ways to get the cleanest edge without any airbubbles. If anyone has any info, pics, videos or links to help please post

I greatly appreciate it!!

I'm sure you already use the pin method. If your going to make a lot of tanks then may be you should make your own jigs. Just an idea.

That is what my post is about.
I would like to see or know what kind of jig people are using. I would like recconendations for a design from people who already have been doing this.
Hopefully it will save me from unwanted trial and error
