Will dead coral hurt my tank. Lost softie

I lost a leather coral under a rock. Will it just disintegrate? Should I try and move the rock and remove it or can I just leave it. It is dead by now but just wondering if I should vacuum it out.

All dying things will basically turn into ammonia.. how much depends on how big,etc...
You'd also be surprised how softies can adapt.. It might just be alive/kicking where ever it is..
If you can access it why didn't you already?
