I recently had my CO2 canister refilled, so I know this isnít the problem. For some reason, the knob is not moving the needle AT ALL (the gauge on the right)so itís showing that itís at 0.

Any suggestions?

Silly questions but just to get it out of the way...

Is the main valve on the co2 canister opened all the way?
If you open the main valve (slowly) with the regulator not attached, do you hear gas rushing out?

Are you sure there is still Co2 in the tank? Maybe the seal leaked and the tank emptied out? Could the gauge be broken? Does Co2 come out when you set the bubble rate?

How old is the regulator? Could be a bad reg or guage.

If the reg is bad switch the black box to a dual stage 15psi reg for the best setup there is.

If there is still any question on if there really is CO2 in the tank, just weigh the tank. It's empty weight is stamped on the neck, should feel significantly heavier but put it on a bathroom scale to be sure.

Wouldn't be the first time a tank filler returned an empty...
