I would pick up a 20 long on sale at petco and throw in a sponge filter and some pvc pipe. Would be a lot cheaper than the 110 for that setup.

Although there is nothing "wrong" with that kit, about half of it will go straight to the trash. You don't need lights at all for a QT - in fact, I blacked out 3 sides and the bottom of a 20L to help keep the stress to a minimum. I use an old HOB filter, a heater, and an old MJ as a powerhead. To prevent jumpers, I use eggcrate with nylon window screen zip tied to the top. Because I was able to cobble it together from stuff laying around from years past, total cost to me was $0. There's no reason you can't do something similar for a very reasonable price. Craigslist comes to mind. I would guess that you could find everything you need with a stand included for less than that kit.
