My clown has had these semitransparent looking spikes along his face, body and fins for approx 14 days now. Thought it was flukes so I treated with Prazi, but after 14 days it does not look better.

None of the other fish has it - if it were contagious shouldnt some of the other fish show it as well by now?

Does any of you know what it is and how to treat it?

I tried doing a FW for 5 minutes, but nothing came off him.

I would try a formalin dip. It looks to be some kind of worm.

I have bought formalin online, however it will take at least a week to get here, maybe 2 weeks. Formalin is not possible to buy in my country.
He looks fine, not lethargic or flashing or anything. I hope he can hang on until the formalin comes.

Are you able to get paraguard in Denmark? That may work as a bath since it’s aldehyde based.
