View Full Version : EcoSmart Live-- unable to connect every day?

Hello all,
Does your ecosmart live unit fails to connect on a constant basis? To me, it is most of the time green/yellow/red on the status indicator, rather than blue.
Is it normal for you or is my unit defective? If it is normal, it is a very deceptive piece of equipment IMHO.

I meant REEFLINK unit is the one that won´t connect. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm connected 90% of the time, but when I do lose the connection it's rather frustrating. I simply open my fusion app and toggle the on/off setting to restore connection.
