HOB filter?

hi RC my question is i have a 24g AIO in the back are 3 chambers the 1st one i have my protein skimmer and chemi blue bag,2nd some miracle mud then goes to a poly sponge, last is my return pump,but seems kinda dirty this past 3 days should i add a small hob filter to help clear my water or make mods on my back system? :hmm1:
