Hi all,

I have a 5x2x2 tank and would like to have a 3-5cm of sand bed. I anticipate I will have pretty high flow so need large enough grains to avoid it blowing all over the tank. I would also like to keep a sand sifting Goby so the grain size would need to be small enough to be safe for the fish.

Can I get your views on grain size and products you use?

Thanks

Shane

Carib Sea Special Grade Reef Sand is the most commonly used in high flow tanks. I'm not sure if it is available Down Under however.

Thanks everyone. I think I can get special grade here in Australia.
