Abve ?

So I know I read somewhere on here about dosing ABVE. I know its two of one dosing one day and then the other two the next day, buy which ones? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

AF Build and AF Energy the next day.

I have been dosing all 4 at once every other day. The instructions that came with each unit did not specify splitting them in groups like this. I will start doing that from now on though :)

Just curious; why should the dosing be split?
