Shortage of Bandits?

Just curious as to why there have been less available lately? I was talking to my local source, who usually stocks a few at a time during season, who was stumped as well. Said he hadn't seen any on his lists in quite some time.

Hawaii getting stricter possibly? Anyone care to chime in?

I was going to wait till mid-next week or after the holidays. His number still end in 8806?

there will hopefully be higher numbers of cb bandits over the next year or so.
