I know, I know. I have the old pumps and I need to update the firmware. I have ecosmart live installed, connected to and configured ReefLink and it connects to wifi no issues. However, when I select Devices my MP10ES (wifi) pumps can't be found. I hit mode/set, then set, then set/power and nothing. I'm obviously doing something wrong. Any hints!?!?

Are you sure it is wifi? You say MP10ES. That isn't a wifi pump. The MP10wES is a wifi pump. Open up the controller and see if there is a small chip plugged in to the top. If so, you should get a light where the W is on the front.

+1 open up the controller and see if there is a RF chip in it

You dont need to open the controller. If “w” is lit up. You have wireless chip installed. If not. You can buy them for like 45 bucks a piece

Yes, the 'W' is lite so I believe they are wifi enabled. It's my original pump from 2011. Called ecotechmarine tech support and they told me verbally what to try next to sync. Which I will do when I get home tonight. IF that dosen't work I already bought the MP10ESw-> MP10QDw conversion kit 2x$50 which should by default have the latest firmware right? Fingers crossed!

Update : was able to successfully update firmware, add pumps to tank and configure schedule. Moved Reeflink closer to tank, factory reset pumps, programed one at a time and added pumps to tank in EML one by one. Had to turn power off Reeflink twice to reestablish connection with pumps, but over all it worked. Thanks for info.

PS Doesn't look like I need the upgrade to quiet drivers but I guess it won't hurt.
