So the other day I pulled this guy out of my tank, Reef central was being weird and I could post for some reason sp I sent a picture to my friend, he said it was an aptasia eating nudi and to put it back in. So I did, but now after reading a few posts about bad nudi's I sort of freaked myself out is this a bad or good nudi?

Aeolid nudi of some sort.. (typically feared as coral eaters)

Not a beghia (aiptasia eating) nudi I don't believe..

It's an aeolid nudibranch. They are coral eaters. http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-05

I think they have already re-populated some of My zoas are closed up with white dots on them that I think are moving. What should I do, coral dip, other options?

Give the zoas a freshwater dip, 5 minutes or so, then inspect each stalk for egg spiral. You can scrape those off with the side of a toothpick. Be sure to wear gloves and eye protection. You may have to do this every few days until you're sure you've gotten them all.
