It's a zoanthid sp.

Because the "popular" names can vary by region/seller/"rarity"/etc you can call it whatever you like.

I'd name it George.

Proper color rendition is important in identification pictures..
That purple haze acid trip lighting doesn't render colors properly so you may want to give another picture with the blues turned way down or off..

As stated people do make up silly names for zoas all the time.. If thats important to you for resale then I'm sure someone will come along and provide the "popular" name for it..
