I’ve got an established springers damsel. They’re supposed to have a better temperament than most other damsels, but I’m curious if I’ll be able to add chromis to the tank. Thoughts?

In a 5' 100 gallon, that should be fine. How many chromis?

Maybe a trio of something interesting when it shows up on divers den. I’m not sure if I’ll do that or dartfish yet.

I think they look enough like a chromis that the chromis won't be very interesting in the tank. to much of a thing...
I know that dascyllus damsels hate chromis with a fiery passion.

I'd go with yellowtail or blue star damsels, much less apt to provoke aggression. Grammas, basslets, dartfish, watchman, all good.
