Well tomorrow I finish converting my 26g into a quarantine/hospital tank. I figure it'll be best used in this capacity instead of set back up as a regular tank. So is there anything in particular I need to consider for a hospital/quarantine tank? I need to focus on my 150 gallon. Back to fish ID, I'm pretty sure this is either a naso or a powder blue.. just don't know exactly which. Can someone identify it? (Fish in the middle of the three tangs)

I'm not sure what that tang is, but it's not a powder blue or naso. It might be a juvenile of some species though that's making it hard for me to ID it.

It's either Naso elegans or N. lituratus. Pretty blurry picture
