Help!!! I've tried for three hours to download the software for the doser and I can't. It always says connection interruption. Does anyone have updated version software I can download?

Have another question. I can't get the wifi settings to work. I've been following directions from their YouTube page and when I ping it doesn't work. Any help would be great.
