Do pulsing Sinularia corals even exist? Something may have been misidentified.

They do.

Leathers are underappreciated and have taken a major backseat in the hobby due to the newbie connotations and the fact that they don't generally mix well with SPS. Pulsing Sinularia isn't the easiest thing to source these days.

They have some, but it looks as though they may be sold out. I'd ask to be put on a waiting list.

Is the pulsing noticeable when the pumps are on? Do they always pulse or only when they're in the mood so to say?

I believe to really appreciate the pulsing, the flow needs to be pretty low or off. I haven't personally owned a piece so I can't say for sure.

What this guy said. The polyps are so short and small that when the current is on they blow all over eachother. When the current is off you can see them open and close individually.
