So I am 99.9% I have one or more of these guys in my tank. I've lost numerous fish over the years and could never figure out why. My latest casualty was the last straw. These worms leave behind what looks like a spider web stringy substance but when you try and pick it up out of the water, it is actually a clear blob mucus stuff.

Here is my question. What is the best method to remove them? Freshwater or hypersalinity water? I don't have the time or sit at the tank at night and setup a trap.

If I can't find these guys, I'm dumping the rock, combing the sand and starting over with dry rock.

Any help or tips??
